PHYSICAL ACTIVITY - YOGA AND HARRY POTTER

Hey everybody!

You already know a lot of things you should do to be healthy: eat 5 pieces of fruit and vegetables a day, wash your hands, take a shower, live in a clean house... and one of those things is physical exercise!

Yoga is a great physical activity to stretch all our muscles, to gain more flexibility and to get stronger.

I have found the perfect Yoga Channel on Youtube for us!
We are all going to do yoga while we listen to a story. Isn't it great?
I have chosen Harry Potter for this first day! I love Harry Potter. I'm thinking about watching aaall of the films again, now that I have so much time at home :).

I will post more videos every day in case you want to do Yoga with me :)
First of all, you need to put the video on the TV or in a place where you can see it properly. You can use a mat to do Yoga and you should be in your bare feet, no shoes!
